Issue
You are trying to login with a active user that has access to the Eclic application. However, when you login, you receive an error message in the Eclic environment https://eclic.nxtport-international.com that reads:
The reason why you are seeing this is simple: the user that tries to login does not have the required user roles linked to their account.
Solution
With an Eclic admin account, go to https://myeecdportal.nxtport-international.com and head for the "Users" item in the Menu. You will see a list of all the users linked to your organisation. The user that will receive the error message will not have an adequate role assigned. Click on the pencil at the right of the screen and give the necessary roles to the user.
